This article explains how to add contact details to a new Transvirtual account.

How To
To begin, navigate to the above Page URL which is located under Configuration > General > Global Setup > Contact Details Tab:
This section of the system is where account contact details can be entered for use across various areas of the platform including where Transvirtual invoices and communications are sent.
There are 4 core contact sections that can be utilized:
The details entered should be reflective of the best contact for each area of the business, i.e. The General contact may be the Director or Manager of the company, the Accounts Payable contact may be the Finance Manager/Lead Accounts staff, etc.
To enter the details, click the Edit Details button as shown:
This will bring up a popup where the relevant details can be entered and saved:
If needed, there are additional contact sections that can be leveraged:
Selecting an alternate type here will allow for details for that group to be entered:
FAQs
Transvirtual will use the Accounts Payable contact details as the location for which to send Transvirtual invoices for the account.
Additionally, Transvirtual may leverage the General contact of an account to send Newsletters and comms out.
