Delivery Allocation via the Allocations page

The process for allocating deliveries via the allocations page follows the same workflow outlined in the Pickup Allocation help article: Link
The requirement before starting here is to navigate to Configuration > General > Global Setup > General Tab > Other:


Set to YES which will cause the Pickup Allocation page to convert to an Allocations page allowing for deliveries as well. 

Delivery Allocation via Load Scanning

This method requires the app user to open the Load page within the app:


From here, scan the freight to be loaded:



Scan until all freight has been scanned.
Click Leave Depot when ready to start the run. This action moves all consignments to the Pickup & Deliver page in the app and generates a Runsheet in the portal, viewable as needed under Runsheet Filter.

Delivery Allocation via Runsheet Creation

To begin, navigate to the above Page URL which is located under Transport > Operational Tasks > Runsheets > Create New:


Choose the driver/agent to assign to:


Enter the consignment to assign to the nominated user/agent:


The consignment then appears in the allocated list:


The run order can be modified by clicking and dragging each row into the desired position. Once the consignments and run order are finalized, click Release Runsheet to assign the jobs to the designated user or agent.
