Mobile Driver Alerts
This article explains how to configure mobile alerts and their use in Transvirtual.

How To
To begin, navigate to the above Page URL which is located under Configuration > General > Mobile Driver Alerts:
This section of Transvirtual allows users the ability to configure alerts that display on the Transvirtual mobile app. As an example, these alerts include things like forcing drivers to take photos of freight upon delivery. They are useful in ensuring that drivers comply with operational requirements of the account.
Click Create Alert:
Name accordingly, and choose the type of alert required:
Click Create to add.
The alert now appears in the grid. Click on it to expose the linked configuration settings:

FAQs
Q: How can I force drivers to take a photo on card left?
The setup for forcing a photo on card left is much the same as forcing a photo on delivery. Name the rule as required, then select this Popup Alert Type:
These popup alerts relate to actions performed within the mobile app. In this case, when a driver records a delivery issue as Card Left, the alert triggers and prompts a photo to be captured.
