Create a Depot Manifest (Recommended)

After completing all depot scanning, create a manifest to record what freight entered the depot and when. This step is optional but recommended for historical recordkeeping.

  1. Tap the hamburger icon (top right).
  2. Select Create Manifest.
  3. Check Scans from current user only if you want to exclude depot scans from other users logged in at the same time.
  4. Set the scans to include.
  5. Tap Create.

A success message confirming the manifest number appears at the bottom of the screen.

Select Create Manifest:

View Depot Manifests

Navigate to Transport > Operational Tasks > Manifests > Scan Manifest tab.

For more details, see the Manifests article.
