Service Levels

Set Up Your Service Levels

Service levels define the delivery options available in your account (e.g., Standard, Express, Overnight). At least one service level is required.



How To

Navigate to Configuration > Lists and Zones > Service Levels


Create a Service Level

  1. Click New Service Level
  2. Enter a name for the service level
  3. Click Create

The service level will appear in the grid on the left.







Configure Settings

  1. Click the service level from the list
  2. Review the settings displayed on the right
  3. Click the question mark icon next to each field for an explanation
  4. Update settings as needed



FAQs

Q: How can I set different services for different customers?

Customers only see service levels that are included in their assigned rate cards. To control which services a customer can access, attach them to a rate card that contains the relevant service levels.
