This article explains how to configure agent cards and agent logins.
Agents include suppliers, carriers, onforwarders, and subcontractors. These entities handle consignment pickups and deliveries for you.
Note: If you have just completed the customer setup article, the process for agents is almost identical. Follow the steps below, noting the differences highlighted.Navigate to Transport > Configuration and Setup > Card Files (Customers/Suppliers/Staff) > Suppliers (Agents) tab.

Prerequisites: The agent record must exist before creating a login.

Provide the login credentials to the agent user. If granted mobile access, they can log in via the mobile app and perform deliveries.
