User Logins

Setup Staff/User Logins

This article covers how to set up internal staff user logins for your account.

Navigation: Transport > Configuration and Setup > Card Files (Customers/Suppliers/Staff) > Staff (Users)

Create a Staff User (Manual)

  1. Navigate to Transport > Configuration and Setup > Card Files > Staff (Users)
  2. Click New User
  3. Enter the required details for the new user
  4. Set Enable Mobile Device Access to YES if this user requires mobile app access for scanning or deliveries
  5. Click Add to create the user












The new user appears in the grid.

To add further details such as phone number or email address, double-click the user in the grid to open their staff card.



Import Staff Users (Bulk)

Bulk import requires assistance from the support team. Contact support@transvirtual.com to request help.

Edit an Existing Staff User

  1. Navigate to Transport > Configuration and Setup > Card Files > Staff (Users)
  2. Double-click the user in the grid to open their staff card
  3. Update the required details
  4. Save your changes

Delete a Staff User

  1. Navigate to Transport > Configuration and Setup > Card Files > Staff (Users)
  2. Double-click the user in the grid to open their staff card
  3. Click Delete User (top right of the staff card)

Deleting a user removes their access to the system. Use this when a staff member is no longer employed.

Username Format

Usernames can be set to any value that is in the format name@accountname, they do not need to be an email address. A consistent naming convention is recommended, such as firstname.lastname@accountname or firstname@accountname.

Example: A staff member named Barry Benson at Transvirtual could use the username barrybenson@transvirtual, with a separate email address of barrybenson@transvirtual.com.
