Complete Deliveries with Driver App
This article explains how to complete a delivery using the mobile app.
Prerequisites:
- A delivery must be assigned to a driver before it appears in the app.
Steps
- Open the mobile app. Navigate to the Pickup & Deliver page (displayed as the Load page until you tap Leave Depot).
- Tap the truck icon to open the consignment.
- Review the key consignment details displayed on screen.
- Tap I've Arrived.
- Tap Sign to navigate to the signature page.
- Obtain a signature from the receiver, then tap Mark Complete to finalise the delivery.
Note: If an issue prevents the delivery from being completed, tap Delivery Issue and select the appropriate issue type to mark the delivery as incomplete.
