Onboarding Hub Content - Step 25

Completing a Delivery

This article explains how to complete a delivery via the mobile app.

How To

The first step in the process is assigning the delivery to a driver. Once assigned, the delivery is viewable on the mobile app under the Pickup & Deliver page (or Load page until driver clicks Leave Depot):


To perform the delivery, click the truck icon:


This opens the consignment where key details are shown:



Click I've Arrived at the bottom:


Select Sign to navigate to the signature page:

Alternatively, if an issue prevents the delivery from being completed, select Delivery Issue and choose the appropriate issue to mark the delivery as incomplete.
Within the Sign page obtain a signature from the receiver and mark complete to finalize the delivery:


FAQs

Q: Can I perform multiple deliveries at once if they are all for the same receiver location?

Yes, this can be done using the multi drop functionality on the app. For further information, see the Related help links below.
