Getting Started with Transvirtual Onboarding


Welcome to Transvirtual! We're excited to have you on board and want to make sure your setup experience is as smooth as possible.

This overview walks you through what to expect during your onboarding journey — from your initial kick-off meeting through to go-live and beyond. Our structured onboarding program is designed to get you and your team confident and capable in Transvirtual as quickly as possible, with dedicated sessions, guided tasks, and ongoing support every step of the way.

Before we dive in, take a moment to review the commitments and action items below so you're ready to hit the ground running from your very first meeting.


What to expect

  • Kick-off meeting booked via your Sales Representative
  • 4 weekly meetings (up to 1 hour each) via Microsoft Teams covering: General Set-up, Finance, Operations, Key Workflows
  • Meetings are for teaching — you'll get guided set-up tasks to complete between each one
  • Bring owners of key areas who can later train other staff
  • For 4 weeks post onboarding, you will enter a warranty/follow up period, and then transition to Support

Your commitments

  • Attend meetings — let us know ahead of time if you can't attend. You can reschedule once at no charge with 24hrs notice
  • Complete set-up tasks (guided videos provided)

Your action items

  • Complete and return the Joint Success Plan to your Sales Representative
  • Add your Credit Card to the system before your first meeting
  • Complete the setup tasks listed below before your first call. 

Ongoing support

  • Ticket/Email support: free
  • Additional meetings or configurations or phone support: from $100/month (paid support packages)
  • Integration setup: $300 (existing) / $900+ (new)

Data Import 

  1. If you have large lists to setup, a file import is usually more efficient. The articles listed above provide instructions on how to complete these where relevant.
  2. Need a hand? We're happy to help, just send the completed templates to support@transvirtual.com with 'Onboarding Data' in the subject. Note we usually do not provide 'data cleansing' as a service. That is taking data from your current format and merging it with Transvirtual's preferred format.
